Project Description
A contemporary extension for a private client to a large detached house in South Cave, East Yorkshire.
The brief was to create an open plan space with enough room for large family gatherings incorporating an existing conservatory into the footprint to produce a high quality and thoroughly considered design. This project focused on ‘bringing the outside in’ by connecting with the external environment using an extensive glazed arrangement, maximising natural light and enhancing views.
With fine consideration of detail and selection of finishes both internally and externally the extension has provided a well informed solution to the brief and exceeded the clients expectations of what could be achieved bringing new life to a well loved family home.
