Project Description
The Hive at Manor School is a distinctive, unique facility developed to support the teaching of vocational courses in Media and Performing Arts.
The education facility with a fully inclusive DDA compliant 210 seat state of the art lecture theatre, contains spaces for rehearsal and the development of media courses. The Hive also provides a fully operational cafe/bar that is operated by the students studying catering and hospitality and a gallery area for drink and socialising when productions/exhibitions are put on.
The Hive also enables community groups to carry out weekend clubs such as dance, drama and also offers facilities for teacher training.
