Project Description
The brief for the residential development at Harland Way, Cottingham, East Yorkshire was to demolish a 1960’s villa within the middle of a 0.56Ha site,build a front plot for the client and develop the rest of the site to provide 5no. 4 bedroomed executive houses.
A central access road was constructed in order to access each gated and walled plot either side of the road, with a mixture of dissimilar configured houses constructed from matching materials.
All plots benefited from south facing wrap around private gardens.
