This high end speculative development was to provisionally provide 46number 3, 4 & 5 bedroom holiday lodges located around a substantial waterside development to offer bought or rented holiday accommodation, with the focus on water sports and the great outdoors.
Although the masterplan allows for 96 dwellings, the site as a whole was to be phased depending on the success of the units being sold and also comprised of a club house with leisure facilities, a cafe/bar and an on site office.
The contemporary timber constructed/clad 2 storey properties all with waterside aspect, offer modern open plan living with external deck access to moor small boats/canoes.
Privacy between the units is maintained by means of screens between the terraced units.
